You can cancel an unaccepted request at any time without charge. For accepted orders, ask to cancel before dispatch; after dispatch, use the returns procedure. Do not send payment data by email.

We offer physical goods only, not appointments, professional salon services, coffee roasting services or regulated advice. If a form fails, your entered data should remain visible for correction; contact us directly if a request reference is not issued. A cone dripper and a flat-bottom brewer do not take identical filters, and a transfer pitcher should not be assumed suitable for direct stovetop heating. We discuss the published specifications rather than promise an unlisted certification, temperature accuracy or guaranteed brewing result. Brewing ingredients, extra filters and presentation props are not supplied unless expressly included.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING A REQUEST: State the reference and the specific action you want, including the affected product, quantity or delivery detail. If cancellation is your aim, say so clearly rather than only asking when the order might ship. A message requesting an amendment does not itself confirm the change, and an accepted-order cancellation needs a dispatch-status check.

For a parcel already dispatched, follow the return instructions rather than assuming the moving parcel can be recalled.
