All prices are in US dollars. Checkout submits an order request, not a card payment or guaranteed order acceptance. Do not enter card numbers, bank details or other financial credentials on this website.

A saved request receives an on-screen reference. No automatic email delivery is promised. We review availability, shipping and any applicable tax and provide a final total for your approval before accepting the order or arranging payment.

No funds are charged through this website. We do not claim a connected payment provider, financing service, bank relationship or tax exemption. You may decline a revised total without charge.

Contact [email protected] with your reference if you need to amend your request. UNDERSTANDING THE AMOUNT SHOWN: The cart lists merchandise and shipping and labels their combination as an estimate before tax, not a paid receipt. Shipping is $6.00, or free at a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more; tax is reviewed before acceptance rather than silently treated as zero.

Check the named equipment and quantities before submitting so the offer can concern the items you actually want. Filter papers and other accessories are included only when the listing expressly says so. FROM REQUEST TO PAYMENT DISCUSSION: Keep the reference displayed after a successful submission, because it identifies the request during availability and total discussions.

The reference does not reserve stock, charge a deposit or authorize recurring payments. An automatic email, live card-acquiring service or particular later payment method is not promised by this website. Ask about unfamiliar instructions through the published store contact details before paying anything, and compare the amount with the final total you agreed.

UNCERTAIN AND DUPLICATE SUBMISSIONS: Correct highlighted fields and review the cart if the form reports an error. Refresh an expired form before attempting submission again; a save failure is intended to leave your cart and draft available for another attempt. When no reference appears or the result is uncertain, contact us before creating another request.

If you have more than one reference for the same dripper or kettle purchase, send both and explain the intended quantity so we can reconcile them rather than treating a duplicate as a new purchase. CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Tell us the reference and exact correction when an item, quantity or address is wrong. Unaccepted requests can be cancelled without charge; for an accepted order ask before dispatch, then use the Returns policy once goods have been dispatched.

An unpaid estimate has no money to refund, while any approved refund of a later agreed payment follows the original-payment-method rule. Keep agreement and refund correspondence, but never send a full card number or bank password to help us locate it.
